Jon was also the White House correspondent for Fox News Radio. Jon previously worked as a White House correspondent for SiriusXM’s “White House Insider” program. He was also a correspondent in several other news organizations.
After Senator Heinz’s death, Decker fully pursued a career in journalism. He first hosted a radio program on Pennsylvania public radio. Decker also did anchoring local cut-ins for CNN Headline News. He then moved to Miami, Florida, where he joined NBC Radio as their Miami correspondent. Jon was also a correspondent for The Christian Science Monitor and WTVJ, the local NBC affiliate in Miami.
